Success of Sulaymaniah Expo was far beyond the expectations. Sulaymaniah Trade Expo 2011 welcomed 160 companies from 8 different countries. The exhibition provided a huge platform for international business partnerships. During the exhibition, in the 4 days period, approximately 1.5 billion dollars trading volume emerged among 131 companies. The fair reflection of the exhibition is observed in trade volumes. Annual trading volume of 2011 is estimated as 1,8 billion $. The number of the visitors reached to 42 500, including Sinan Çelebi, Minister of Trade and Industry, the ambassadors, local administrators, investment commissions and municipality members.
